WE ARE STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS.
We are here to assist our clients by appointment only or in emergency situations for jobs like car battery replacement, car non start, repair of broken car keys, or vehicle entry in locked cars. For your own safety, we will apply the necessary measures to keep your distance and use disposable gloves, masks and anti-bacterial wipes. Moreover, to avoid any physical contact, we will email you the invoice and only accept payments through bank transfer and PayPal.
For all customers coming to our premises, we kindly ask you to wear a face mask as per Government guidelines.
If you are unable to drop off your car at our workshop, we can offer you a complimentary car collection service from your home address, provided this is within the Basingstoke area.
Please be aware that some jobs may take longer to be completed due to replacement parts not being in stock or being late to be delivered from our suppliers. We hope you understand that we will give priority to any jobs related to NHS staff, Police, supermarket staff, food delivery trucks and couriers.
